PRACTICE SCHEDULE STARTING 3/19 (Monday after Spring Break)
Swimming at Nitro from 7:30-9:00 am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Dry land at the school from 7:30-9:00 on Tuesday and Thursday.

UIL Previous Athletic Participation Form (only if you are new to the district or are not zoned for VRHS; you don't need this form at tryouts but you will need it if you join the team)

END OF SEASON NEWS:
2/25: State Meet - 4A Results and 5A Results
Congrats to Vista Ridge's Sam Sutton - she finished 5th overall in the State in 200IM.
Also, Sam made First Team All-State in the 200 IM and Second Team All-State in the 100 breast.
Morgan Erzal made All-State Honorable Mention in 100 back.
2/14: State Qualifiers - 4A and 5A

2/10-11: Regionals Meet - Region7-4A - Results
TISCA Website posting of results for ALL districts and regions (for 4A and 5A)
Qualifiers to Regional - The top six individuals and relays shall qualify from District to Regional.
Qualifiers to State - The first place winner in each of the eight regional swim meets and the next eight swimmers
with the best regional final times overall will advance to the State meet.
